SEEDS OF HOPE: A HEALING RETREAT FOR SUICIDE LOSS
Hosted by Fight Like a Ninja, Seeds of Hope is a three-day peer-to-peer retreat for anyone grieving a suicide loss — including parents, siblings, spouses, friends, and extended family. Taking place April 17–19, 2026, at the Culture Cove in Meckling, SD, this retreat provides a safe, compassionate space to breathe, connect, and find support among others who understand this kind of grief. Through grounding practices, creative healing, honest conversations, and gentle rituals, participants are guided toward reconnection, emotional release, and hope.

WHAT TO EXPECT
Seeds of Hope spans three days filled with healing and connection to move forward in your grief.
Over three days you’ll move through healing, grounding, expression, and connection. You’ll learn how to honor your energy while taking steps toward the version of you who can breathe a little deeper and carry this loss with strength and compassion.
Day one will consist of arriving, honoring, and finding safety. Focus on deciding to be present and creating harmony in yourself.
Day two will be centered around healing, expression, and letting emotions move. Focus on releasing limiting beliefs that anchor your boat and honoring your energy.
Day three will focus on rebuilding, remembering, and carrying hope. Focus on planting your seeds in the right environment so you grow.
